Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026. QREL Audio is operated by Quinn Joseph, a sole proprietor based in Saint Kitts and Nevis ("QREL Audio", "we", "us"). These terms apply to QREL Audio software and website use.

1. Software license, not ownership transfer

When you purchase QREL Nodes, you receive a license to use the software according to these terms and any license terms shown at checkout. You do not purchase ownership of the software, source code, brand, or intellectual property.

2. Digital delivery

QREL Nodes is delivered digitally. Customers receive download and activation information electronically. No physical product is shipped.

3. Permitted use

You may install and use the software for music production, mixing, live performance preparation, and related professional audio workflows, subject to the license limits shown at checkout.

4. Prohibited use

  • Do not resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense, or share the software or license key without permission.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing, or attempt to extract proprietary implementation details except where applicable law expressly allows it.
  • Do not copy or publish QREL Audio assets, installers, or license materials except as allowed by these terms.

5. Intellectual property

QREL Audio owns the QREL Audio name, QREL Nodes product name, software, website content, brand assets, and related intellectual property. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. No guarantee of commercial results

QREL Nodes is a professional workflow tool. We do not guarantee any specific artistic, technical, streaming, sales, label, sync, broadcast, or commercial result from using the software.

7. Updates

Updates may add, remove, or change features over time. Compatibility, platform support, and update eligibility are described on the website or at checkout when relevant.

8. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, and refunds according to applicable law and Paddle's buyer terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QREL Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to the software or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where you purchase as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence continue to apply.
